Job Summary


The Accounting Assistant 3 supports high-volume accounts payable operations by processing invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, and performing reconciliations. This role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in data entry, and the ability to manage large volumes of transactions efficiently. The position works closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure accurate and timely financial processing and reporting in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Process high-volume invoices with accuracy and timeliness
  • Verify and review invoices and financial documents for completeness and correctness
  • Maintain and update accounting records, including journals and ledgers
  • Enter financial data into accounting systems and generate reports
  • Reconcile accounts payable records with internal departments and external vendors
  • Assist with bank and financial statement reconciliations as needed
  • Investigate discrepancies and recommend corrective actions
  • Support general accounting operations, including expense tracking and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with established accounting procedures and internal controls

Job Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in accounts payable or accounting support roles
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial processing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reconciliation
  • Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle preferred
  • Ability to manage high-volume workloads in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Effective communication skills for interacting with internal teams and vendors
  • Ability to work on-site and maintain reliable attendance

Work Experience

  • Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in accounts payable or related accounting support functions
