The Technical Product Owner (Product Manager I) supports the delivery of technology products and platform capabilities by translating business needs, customer priorities, and technical requirements into clear, actionable work for delivery teams. This role requires strong knowledge of Application integration, platform services, and technical development concepts to help shape product requirements, manage backlogs, prioritize features, and ensure solutions are delivered with quality, reliability, and measurable business value.
This position works closely with Functional Product Management, Application Development, Platform Engineering, Security, Operations, and business stakeholders to define scope, manage dependencies, remove blockers, and communicate progress. The Technical Product Owner helps guide agile planning and execution, ensures work meets functional and technical expectations, and uses product and delivery metrics to drive continuous improvement.
This role primarily supports internal platform products and engineering capabilities rather than customer-facing applications.
