Job description

Sr. Android Developer Needed.
Long-term contract to hire.
Open to Remote in U.S. but preference is hybrid in Harford, CT or Blue Bell, PA.

experience Needed:

  • 4-7+ years of professional Android development experience.
  • Android Java.
  • Working knowledge of Kotlin and familiarity with Java-to-Kotlin migrations.
  • Integrating Android applications with Rest APIs and backend services.
  • GitHub.
  • Healthcare, insurance or highly regulated industry exp preferred.
  • Lead experience.

Key Responsibilities
Android Development & Application Ownership:

  • Own the Android codebase for mobile applications.
  • Design, develop, maintain, and enhance Android applications built primarily in Java.
  • Support functionality including:
    • Registration
    • Authentication & Authorization
    • Biometric Authentication
    • Member self-service capabilities
    • Integration with enterprise backend services
  • Ensure mobile functionality remains aligned with ongoing portal and backend enhancements.
